Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday April 11, 2013. Richard Alan Bartee, 52, of Austin TX., was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Yarbrough and charged with criminal trespass. Bartee was released on 4/12 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Berry Shantray Cochran, 35, of Rockmart was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with forgery. Cochran was released on 4/12 after posting a $5,100 property bond.

Crystal Deann Dyer, 25, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Young and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and failure to maintain lane. Jana Lynn Godfrey, 31, of Buchanan was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with possession of schedule IV narcotic, drugs not in original container, possession of meth, possession of drug related object, child support seat belt violation, license not on person. Godfrey was released on 4/12 after posting six property bonds totaling $10,200. See also (8/26/2012)

Bryan Keith Jordan, 48, of Plainville is currently being housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.

Jayson H Jordan, 34, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Deaton and charged with four counts theft by deception. Jordan was released on 4/13 after posting four property bonds totaling $4,100.

Cindy M Lackey, 28, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects. Lackey was released on 4/12 after posting two property bonds totaling $6,100.

Roderick Earl Turner, 35, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with felony murder, possession of firearms by convicted felon and reckless conduct. Trimance Asana Walker, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Chandler on a felony warrant for violating terms of drug court. Walker remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/7/2009) (9/5/2009)

Kevin Wayne York, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Chandler on a felony warrant for violating terms of drug court. York remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/5/2012) (4/22/2011)
