Biron was arrested, charged with seven counts of possession of child pornography. She was released on $35,000 bond. She was ordered to turn over her passport, to have no contact with her daughter, have no unsupervised contact with anyone under 18, use her computer only for work and not possess weapons.
However, Biron “openly flouted her bond conditions” by placing another ad on Craigslist, obtained 200 rounds of ammunition, threatened and tampered with witnesses, and had been observed having sex and using illegal drugs several times, to include in the company of minors.
Biron is also a proud participant in the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) group, which calls itself a "servant ministry" seeking to transform the legal system "for religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family."
The group is blatantly anti-gay, anti-freedom of choice (abortions), and declares homosexuality and pedophilia are the same. Biron was listed by the ADF as an "Allied Attorney Success Story" in 2011.
She was listed in the ADF Honor Corps, recognized for assisting in 450 hours of pro bono services for ADF. Biron served on the Mount Zion Christian Schools board of directors in Manchester. ADF has removed all information about Biron from their Facebook and website.
