Tsarnaev public defenders: Boston bomb suspect represented by public defenders, In what can only be seen as an expected occurrence, Dzhokar Tsarnaev is going to be represented in his case by public defenders. The Washington Times reported on Saturday, April 20, 2013, that federal public defenders have already agreed to represent the man who has come to be known as "Suspect #2" in the Boston Marathon bombings.

Miriam Conrad has said that her office actually expects to represent Dzhokar Tsarnaev after he is charged. Conrad is the federal defender in Massachusetts.

After Tsarnaev's capture late on Friday evening, he was taken immediately to the hospital to get medical attention for multiple injuries including two gunshot wounds - one to the neck and one to his leg. The injuries came during a shootout with Boston police and FBI agents on Friday night.

Tsarnaev's brother was killed in a shootout in a shootout with police earlier.

Conrad went on to say that she believes Tsarnaev should have a lawyer appointed to represent him as soon as possible. The severity of the situation is known by all and she continued on saying "serious issues regarding possible interrogation" could come about shortly.

A special interrogation team for high-value suspects are going to question Tsarnaev per U.S. officials. He will be questioned without being read his Miranda rights.

This is able to happen under a public safety exception that is in place to protect police and the public from immediate danger. It has been determined that Tsarnaev is indeed an immediate danger to anyone he is near or around.
