Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday April 15, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Gary Griggs, 36, of Dalton is currently being housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshalls on a weapons offense.

Ricardo Perez, 31, of Smyrna is currently being housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshalls on aggravated battery charges.

Tommy Pope Jr., 27, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Pope was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Marquitta Sanders, 28, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for truancy. Sanders was released the same day after posting a $500 property bond.

Willie Clifford Smith Jr., 23, of Cave Spring was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Smith was released on 4/16 after paying a $205.50 cash fine. See also (1/31/2013) (7/20/2011)
