Mystery man on roof: Viral Boston Marathon explosions photo sparks debate, One of the strange things about the pictures of the Boston Marathon explosions is one showing the mystery man on roof, according to an April 15 PIX 11 report. In fact, the report goes so far as to suggest that this mystery man on the roof near the finish line of the Boston Marathon could be a person of interest in the bombings.
Of course, at this point, it is all just speculation as authorities try desperately to unravel exactly what happened to ruin the happiest day of the year in Boston. At least three people died in the bombings and at least 130 more were injured, many seriously. Among those dead is one 8-year-old boy, which is unbelievably heartbreaking.
The Boston Police Department took to Twitter to request help from anybody who may have pictures or video near the Boston Marathon finish line around the time of the two blasts. Of course people have sent hundreds of photos. One of those appears to show to be of the mystery man on roof just above where the blasts occurred. Of course, social media is alive with all types of theories as to who this man may be.
Even though the photo appears to show the man, it is possible that the photo was somehow enhanced. It will take authorities days, weeks, months, and even years to comb through all the evidence and figure out exactly what happened and who was responsible for the Boston Marathon explosions earlier today just after four hours into the famous race.
Until then, the best thing is to be kind. Help those in need. If you can help somebody directly affected by this terrorist attack (whether domestic or international is irrelevant), then help them. If not, help somebody else in need. Prove that humanity is generally good. Do not allow yet another horrific act of cowardice that ended up even killing children to make you live in fear.
If you are a runner. Run. If you are not a runner, walk. If you need to turn your life around, do it. Life is short. Life is precious. Make the most of yours starting now.
