Impatient cop pulls gun on teenager at McDonalds

Impatient cop pulls gun on teenager at McDonalds, An impatient cop pulls a gun on a teenager at a local McDonalds drive-thru? It’s hard to believe, but that’s the crime that’s being reported on Friday, April 19, as an off-duty officer is now in hot water over his out of control temper.

According to Cosumerist, an off-duty cop pulled a gun on a teenage customer after growing impatient that the kid was taking too long to order his meal.

Turns out, the customer at the drive thru window of McDonalds also happened to work at that particular restaurant.

The impatient cop is named Scott Biumi, a detective sergeant with the DeKalb County Police Department.

According to several reports, including the one by Gawker, Biumi went into a rage when he noticed the teen was taking longer to order his meal than expected. Upset, Biumi then jumped out of his car and cussed out the teenager.

The incident then escalated, with Biumi brandishing his weapon and allegedly pointing it against the teen’s head. While doing that, Biumi is accused of yelling, “you don't know who you are f******g with."

When Biumi drove away from the scene, his tag number was recorded by eye witnesses. It didn’t take long for the cop to be arrested in his home.

The cop is now being charged with aggravated assault. It’s not yet known what kind of time behind bars he may be facing if he were to be found guilty in a court of law.
