John Fredrick Brannon, 30, of Forest Park was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Johnson on a felony warrant for probation violation. Brannon remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Tracy Owen Burkhart, 35, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Williams and charged with public drunkenness. Burkhart remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $300 property bond has been set.

Michael Kirk Chapel, 43, of Rockmart was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Reece on a warrant for theft by receiving stolen property. Chapel remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Ricky Cousin, 55, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Tallapoosa Police Officer Turner on a felony warrant for probation violation. Cousin remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Bobbie Jo Downey, 26, of Carrollton was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Shirley and charged with two counts theft by shoplifting, two counts possession of controlled substance, criminal trespass, prescription drugs not in original container and possession/use of drug related objects. Downey remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $48,710 bond has been set.

Brandon Lee Hightower, 32, of Temple was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Price on a hold for warrants.

Lamarcus Deon Jefferson, 21, of Tallapoosa was sentenced to serve 21 days.

Kimberly Marie Lackey, 34, of Temple was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Johnson on a hold for warrants.

Nadaro Sandtedic Levett, 32, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Entrekin and charged with third degree cruelty to children, aggravated assault and second degree criminal damage to property. Levett remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $16,000 bond has been set.

Octavius Jerrod Phillips, 19, of Temple was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy Browning and charged with burglary, battery, aggravated assault and criminal trespass. Phillips remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $26,000 bond has been set.

Terry Arlane Sims, 22, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Mecillas and charged with burglary, battery, aggravated assault and criminal trespass. Sims remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $26,000 bond has been set.

Troy Thomas Vines, 34, of Elco was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Vines remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $442 bond has been set.

Ashely Nicole Weaver, 27, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff's Deputy McGuire and charged with burglary. Weaver remains in custody at the time of this publication.
