Tsarnaev, standing close to the eight-year-old boy, Martin Richard, that was killed in the Boston Marathon bombing. The photo, which was published on April 19, was published on KKTX.
It appears that Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev is only a few few feet away from the murdered child and his family. Both his sister and his mother were also injured in the Boston Marathon bombing.

Martin Richard can clearly be seen as well. He is circle in blue. He is wearing a dark blue or black jacket and his hands placed across the metal barrier.
At the time of publication, Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev had been captured alive. He had been taken to a Boston hospital for treatment. He was listed in serious condition, but was expected to survive.
