Brisk and much cooler weather arrives to start off the weekend

Brisk and much cooler weather arrives to start off the weekend, Cooler and brisk conditions will be ushered into the region today on a gusty west wind. High pressure will build back in by Sunday with increasing amounts of sun. A slow moderating trend will then begin on Monday as high pressure slides east of the region.

Today – Mostly cloudy, breezy, and cooler with a few breaks of sun possible this afternoon. High 49-53. Winds west between 15 and 20 mph, gusting up to 40 mph.

Normal High/Low: 61° / 39°

Tonight – Mostly clear and cold. Low 25-29. Winds west between 10 and 15 mph.

Sunday – Mostly sunny. High 52-56. Winds northwest between 5 and 10 mph.

Sunday Night – Mostly clear. Low 27-31. Winds northeast around 5 mph.
