Tim McGraw is being sued by Curb Records

Tim McGraw is being sued by Curb Records, Country music superstar, Tim McGraw is being sued by Curb Records according to an April 30 article by Fox News.

Curb Records is a recording label that based out of Nashville, Tennessee. The company is reportedly suing McGraw for a second time; only this time it's in a federal count.

Curb Records has accused McGraw and Big Machine Records copyright infringement and breach of contract. The company alleges that McGraw, who is said to be under contract with Curb Records, breached his contract by recording songs like "Two Lanes of Freedom" with another label.

The state case against the megastar is reportedly still under consideration by a judge. That judge allegedly ruled that McGraw could record for a new label, despite the ongoing lawsuit from Curb Records. That ruling has been upheld after an appeal.

Tim McGraw is known for his hit songs like "Live Like You Were Dying," "Don't Take The Girl," "It's Your Love," and "Just to See You Smile."
