Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday April 18, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Jose Wilmer Banegas, 31, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Nicholson and charged with driving without a license, child seat belt restraint and speeding. Banegas was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Gary Wayne Bridges, 47, of Bremen was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation. Bridges remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/9/2013)

Twilla Ramonda Davis, 39, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for endangering security interest. Davis remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $600 property bond has been set.

Marvin Fuqua, 73, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for violating terms of a good behavior bond. Fuqua remains in custody with a $500 cash bond set at the time of this publication. See also (12/30/2012)

Elandon Jovan Hudson, 25, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Coppock and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and contempt of court regarding child support. Hudson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/11/2011)

Felipe Ramirez Lopez, 36, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer McBride and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to dim head lights. Lopez was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,560.

Rachel Mae Padgett, 30, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Speck on a warrant for parole violation. Padgett remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/17/2010)

Christopher Rollins, 38, of Cartersville was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for simple battery. Rollins remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set.

Kenneth Christopher Stewart, 29, of Temple was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for felony probation violation. Stewart remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (7/18/2012) (4/14/2011)
