The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.

Benjamin Addison, 18, of Buchanan was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Bell and charged with starting a fire on property and a hold for warrants.

Joseph Lynsey Brown, 24, of Bremen was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Jones and charged with disorderly conduct.

Jason James Hannan, 22, of Temple was arrested by Haralson County Sheriff' Deputy Wagner on a hold for warrants. Hannan remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Donald Scott Newman, 49, of Waco was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Bell and charged with DUI and weaving over roadway.

Timothy Seth Raines, 24, of Buchanan was arrested by Bremen Police Officer Baxter and charged with pedestrian under the influence, obstruction and giving false information.

James Daniel Sell, 24, of Douglasville was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Johnson on a felony warrant for probation violation. Sell remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Angela Kay Sudduth, 49, of Haralson County Sheriff's Paris and charged with DUI, driving while license withdrawn and failure to appear.

Michael William Vines, 55, of Tallapoosa was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Moore and interference with custody.

Scotty Ray Whaley, 37, of Ranburne Ala. was arrested by Haralson County Deputy Cheatwood on two warrants for failure to appear.
