Chilling photo shows boy killed in Boston Marathon standing close to bomber

Chilling photo shows boy killed in Boston Marathon standing close to bomber, A picture released on the Daily Mail website on Friday shows 8-year-old Martin Richard moments after Dzhokhar Tsamaev, 19, planted the explosive pressure cooker bomb behind him that killed the young boy.

The boy’s death was particularly sad since Richard had made a poster saying, “No more hurting people” and asking for peace in the world.

The haunting picture emerged just as police and SWAT teams are hunting Dzhokhar down in Watertown, Massachusetts following a fierce gun fight on Thursday night after he and his brother Tamerlan, 26, held up a convenience store that also killed a police officer.

This same suspect was seen on surveillance video wearing a white basball cap and carrying the bomb in his backpack. He attended Cambridge Rindge & Latin school in Massachusetts and is an amateur wrestling champion who has a Massachusetts driving license.

The two brothers headed to separate locations on Monday near the finish line at the Boston Marathon where they planted the two explosives that killed three, maimed 11 who lost limbs and injured 173. There are several images showing the two calmly walking away as the crowd at the finish line of the Boston Marathon scattered in terror.

Tamerlan, 26, was killed by police last night after the brothers held up a convenience store. He was reportedly a successful boxer in Utah.

The brothers are legal immigrants to the U.S. from the Russian region of Chechnya which CNN reported is a predominately Muslim area in the Soviet Union and are believed to have moved to America with their family in 2002 or 2003.

The brother’s uncle was seen on CNN Friday morning talking to reporters about his two nephews.
