Boston Marathon: Suspect's shootout with cops caught on camera, Boston Marathon bombing suspects, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev reportedly exchanged gun fire with police late past week. Until now, we've only heard stories about the confrontation from police, but now photos of that shootout have surfaced. According to an article published by The Sun on April 23, a brave witness who captured photos of the gun fight has now gone public.

The article states that a resident of Watertown, Massachusetts took photos of the shootout from a window in his home using his iPhone.

The photos, which can be viewed on The Sun's website, shows what appears to be the Tsarnaev brothers taking cover in front of an SUV. Additionally, one of the suspects seems to be aiming something down the street. You can also see a scorch marks on the street in one of the photos, which was allegedly caused by the homemade explosives the suspects used.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev died from the injuries he received during this confrontation with law enforcement. His younger brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is recovering from his injuries in a Massachusetts hospital.

The Tsarnaev brothers are accused of bombing spectators near the finish line of the Boston Marathon on April 15. Three people were killed in the blast, and more than 170 others were injured.
