Actor Bradley Cooper visits man who lost both legs at Boston Marathon, The Daily Mail reported on Friday that "Silver Linings Playbook" actor Bradley Cooper went to Boston Medical Center to visit Jeffrey Bauman Jr. who has been seen in the iconic photo all over the Internet being whisked away in a wheelchair to emergency personnel showing both of his legs having been blown off at the Boston Marathon bombing on Monday.

Also at Bauman’s bedside was New England Patriots player Julian Edelman who posted a tweet saying how inspirational Bauman, 27-years-old, has been throughout the ordeal that ultimately required that both his legs be amputated below his knees.

"Visited #survivor #stud #hero Jeffrey Bauman Jr. today. He was looking great and is a true inspiration." Edelman tweeted, "Met a very tough guy today. #inspired."

It was after Bauman woke up in the hospital when he wrote on a piece of paper, “bag, saw the guy, looked right at me.”

Bauman was then interviewed by the FBI and gave a full description to the FBI of suspect number one, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, who was killed in Watertown, Massachusettls on Friday after a high speed chase by police. He was one of two bombers who were brothers and in the U.S. legally from Russia.

Bauman was at the Boston Marathon to watch his girlfriend and her roommate run.
